The Wauconda Fire District is excited to announce the completion of our 2026 to 2030 strategic Plan. The Wauconda Fire District engaged the Northern Illinois University Center for Governmental Studies (“NIU-CGS”) in June 2025 to facilitate our strategic planning process.
